Processing Time - Orders are shipped within 5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping services or customs.
🚫 Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, email us within 3 days at 📧 info@agatesfrommexico.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and do our best to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your agate as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unaltered, and undamaged condition. All certificates, original packaging, and labels must be included. Custom-cut or modified stones are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or on clearance.
Items damaged due to misuse or accidents after delivery.
How to Start a Return
Email us at 📧 info@agatesfrommexico.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Carefully package the item and return it using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
