1. What are agates?
Agates are one of nature’s most beautiful creations. They form inside ancient gas bubbles in lava, developing colorful bands over millions of years. Each one tells a different story and reveals the magic of time, pressure, and minerals working together. No two agates are ever alike—they’re individual masterpieces from the Earth!
2. Are these agates natural or man-made?
Absolutely natural—no dyes, no fakes, and no imitations. Our agates are 100% formed by nature, and their beauty is something humans simply can’t replicate. Every band, every color shift, is a product of time, geology, and rare mineral conditions. They’re true natural gems.
3. What’s the difference between Laguna and Coyamito agates?
Both come from different deposits in northern Mexico and have their own unique geological personalities. Laguna agates are known for their tight bands and bright, bold colors—often rich reds, pinks, whites, and occasional yellows. Coyamito agates, meanwhile, often feature soft pastel colors and stunning purple-yellow combinations. Some of the rarest and most breathtaking agates ever discovered come from the Coyamito deposit.

5. What’s the difference between Etsy and your website?
On Etsy, you’ll find more budget-friendly pieces—perfect for beginners or casual collectors. Our website is where we post our rarest and most premium agates, often curated for advanced collectors who are seeking something truly special.
6. What is Agates for Everyone?
Agates for Everyone is our dedicated sales page on Facebook and Instagram. It’s an extension of our main brand, where we showcase agates that are available for purchase before they're added to our site. It’s a great way to catch early releases and stay close to the action.
7. Is this agate available for sale?
Some of the agates we post are part of our personal collection or have already been sold, but many times we feature pieces that are available or similar ones can be found in our shop. Always feel free to ask—we’ll guide you to what’s available!
8. Can I reserve a piece?
We don’t typically reserve items due to high demand, but if you see something you’re seriously interested in, feel free to send us a message. We’re always happy to chat and see what’s possible.
9. Where are you located?
We’re based in northern Mexico, where all of our agates are discovered and hand-selected from our own deposits.
